Our business model is an alternative to the ‘single integrated
supplier’ approach. We like to think

We DON’T provide integrated services. We don’t do design,
build, implementation, ongoing
support and maintenance. Our project
delivery work isn’t just a component
part of a broader offering. It’s the
only thing we concentrate upon, so
we can do the best possible job for

In essence, we DO provide the management services required to
deliver successful projects
throughout their lifecycle.
As part of that we manage the selection and contracting of
suppliers providing services or
equipment to deliver the project. We
manage the relationships with those
suppliers as well.
